Refund policy

Online Orders: Most items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Product must be unused, in original packaging. A 20% Restock fee will be assessed. For orders with “Free Shipping” refunds will be issued less the cost of the outgoing shipping. 

Some items are non-refundable. Bedding, mattresses, and personal items are not eligible for return.
